Cancellation & no shows:

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations otherwise, 50% of service will be charged to the credit card the appointment was booked with.

As far as no shows, 100% of service will be charged to the credit card the appointment was booked with if a client fails to show up to their scheduled appointment.

Child free salon:

We love children just as much as anyone else but, unless the child is the client, please make prior arrangements for child care as Vanity Loft is an intimate salon with limited space!
